The service
DM Automation sends automated replies from your Instagram professional account in response to comments and messages that match rules you set up.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorised to manage the Instagram account you connect.
- You must follow Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Meta's Platform Terms, including its messaging window rules. No spam, no misleading or unlawful content.
- You are responsible for the content of the messages you send.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Usage limits (messages per month, connected accounts) apply per plan. We may suspend accounts that exceed limits or abuse the service.
Availability
The service depends on Instagram's API, which can change or be unavailable. We provide it as is, without warranty, and are not liable for indirect losses to the extent the law allows.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may end access for violations of these terms.
