DM Automation lets you reply automatically to comments and direct messages on your own Instagram professional account. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your email address and a hashed password, to run your account.
• When you connect Instagram: your Instagram account ID, username and an access token that lets us act on your behalf.
• The automations you create (keywords and message text) and a log of automated messages sent (rule, recipient ID, status and time).
• Comments and messages sent to your connected account are processed only to check whether they match your keywords. We do not store their text.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: receiving Instagram notifications for your account, matching them against your automations, sending the replies you configured, and enforcing plan limits. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

Data is shared only with Meta (to send and receive Instagram messages), our hosting and database providers, and our payment processors for billing. We never share it with anyone else except where the law requires.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete it at any time, see data deletion. You can also remove DM Automation from your Instagram settings (Settings → Apps and websites), which revokes our access.

Security

Passwords are hashed and traffic is encrypted in transit.
