Delete your data

You can remove your data from DM Automation in either of these ways.

1. Revoke access on Instagram

In Instagram go to Settings → Apps and websites, find DM Automation and remove it. This immediately stops us from accessing your account.

2. Ask us to delete everything

Email softwarekattubanisa@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete your account, connected Instagram details, access tokens, automations and message logs within 30 days and confirm by email.
